Anna University Result 2026: April/May Semester Results Out

Anna University, Chennai has released the results for its April/May 2026 semester examinations. The results were declared in two phases: results for students other than First and Second Year were published on 8 August 2026, followed by First and Second Year results on 10 August 2026.

How to Check Your Result

Students can check their results on the official Anna University examination portal. Follow these steps:

  • Visit the official result portal at coe1.annauniv.edu
  • Go to the Results section and select your programme (UG or PG)
  • Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth
  • Submit the form to view your result on screen
  • Download and save the marksheet for future reference

If the main portal is slow due to heavy traffic, students can try the alternate portal at coe2.annauniv.edu, or check results through the STUCOR app.

Revaluation Window Now Open

Anna University has opened the revaluation application window for the April/May 2026 examinations (UG, PG and PhD). Applications can be submitted from 15 September 2026 to 19 September 2026, closing at 5:00 PM on the final day. Applications must be submitted through the respective college examination cell rather than by individual students, so candidates should coordinate with their college well before the deadline.

Converting CGPA to Percentage

Students who need a percentage figure for job applications or higher studies can use Anna University's standard conversion: multiply the CGPA by 10. For example, a CGPA of 8.2 works out to 82%.
